After I book a spot with extra money , been waiting for 4 hours nothing!!! , I decided to call I was waiting for a while than i suppose to get a call back it didn't happened so my wife called as I was expecting them to call in my phone and was 40min wait , however the costumer service lady was very helpful after she contacted the driver I received a call from him stating that he's gonna come from 1 to 2 hours which made me loose my shift as I work as delivery driver and it was a Saturday which the most busiest day in the week . As i said the costumer service was so helpful and offer me my booking money back plus 40£ but I would rather the job to get done on time, or at least get notified before.
Arrived within expected time. Took only around 15 minutes to replace the new tyre. Great service all round. Would definitely use again .

Arrived on time, did a good job and changed the tyre in no time. On the day unfortunately my missus's car had a flat battery and the technician even helped me with the jump leads so we could get the locking wheel nut from the boot. Have used them 3 times now and have always been good.
Turned up in the dedicated time slot provided. Very friendly and professional team.
The service is great as they come and repair your tyre at home.I had a puncture, they looked at it and assessed that it was reparable and proceeded to fix it rather than change it which saved me a lot of money.Ben Clark was really careful with my 23' wheel and did a very good job fixing the tyre in no time.I recommend using this service for the ease and speed.Thanks again!
Second time I have used this service. Both times the fitter has turned up exactly as planned and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Prices were actually cheaper than I could get from anywhere locally which was also a bonus.
The gent very helpful got a time slot between 8am-10am arrived at 10.15 no reason was there 10 mins then left

Quick and efficient tyre change, however I booked a 2 hour time slot and the technician was over an hour late (after the latest time for time slot). This time slot was paid for and I waited an extra hour and 40 minutes past this.
Unfortunately the job wasn’t fully complete. The tyre fitted hadn’t been fully aired. I had to drive to the nearest tyre air machine - By the time I got there, the tyre had been damaged. Not the fitters fault but a lack of suitable equipment.Very bad, especially when so much was paid for the tyre.
